SHALL
THE FOLLOWING PUBLIC MEASURE A BE ADOPTED?
Shall the Board of Directors of the Iowa Lakes Community
College (Merged Area III) be authorized to levy a tax of not exceeding
twenty and one-fourth cents per thousand dollars of assessed valuation
in any one year for a period not to exceed ten consecutive years,
commencing with the budget year beginning July 1, 2012, for the purchase
of grounds, construction of buildings, payment of debts contracted for
the construction of buildings, purchase of buildings and equipment for
buildings, and the acquisition of libraries, for the purpose of paying
the costs of utilities and for the purpose of maintaining, remodeling,
improving or expanding the community college of the merged area? *
